My Slimming World journey. Monthly Archives: February 2014. Crush 2 weetabix (HEB choice). Mix with an egg and 1/2 Mullerlight yogurt. Mix in some summer berries and sweetner and any flavourings – i used strawberry. Spoon mixture into muffin cases and pop in oven at 180 for about 25 mins. My Slimming World journey. Soak 35g porridge oaks in a mullerlight yogurt overnight. Add in 2 eggs and some sweetner. Heat a frying pan with frylight and spoon mixture into small pancake sized dollops. Fry until golden both sides. Serve with fresh banana or whichever fruit you fancy. If adding any maple/golden syrup or nutella syn appropriately. Enjoy! An easy filling syn free breakfast. Love food especially chocolate. A Slimming World Member's Blog. Yesterday was a wet and horrible day, didnt really do much, stayed till about 6ish then popped up to tesco to get a few bits. We fancied chicken tikka masala, made of course using the actifry. It was delicious. Didnt do well with the super free foods however. Free foods – spaghetti, rice, natural low fat yogurt, greek yogurt, chicken, tikka masala spices, muller light, chicken slices. Super free – grapes. Healthy Extra A – cheese. Drinks – tea, water.
