Coping with breast cancer. Sunday, 9 December 2012. My Indian Cycle Challenge. It's 3 weeks since I came back from the most fantastic experience of my life! I went to India with 88 other women to do the cycle challenge for Women V Cancer. My preconceptions of the country were dirt, smells, colour, noise and begging. My thoughts now? http://kareniscoping.blogspot.com/2013_06_01_archive.html

Coping with breast cancer. Thursday, 6 June 2013. Here I am a year after surgery and off to get the results of my first mammogram since diagnosis. About the ideas I have that could make the journey a little easier for those on this side of the consultation table. I'll let you know what the response is :). Links to this post.

HOLDING TOGETHER

Saturday, September 1, 2012. How can I sum up our last three weeks? God spoke Matt 17:20 over our family this week. He was very brave and made his parents and grandma proud! We bel...

Karen Isbell - Pray Purposeful and Powerful Prayers

Confession: I don’t. I am a task oriented, executing machine, who thrives on a to-do list done. I want to invite you to join me on the journey. To fix a cup of a tea ( this is my favorite.

Detox and Weight Loss. June 14, 2011 · 4:11 am. Yes, tea cookies are meant to be served with tea, but dipping these little Paleo dainties in a glass of port turns an afternoon pick-me-up into a moderately decadent treat. Depression – a weird energy sucking flu. January 6, 2016. Earlier today I went on a bit of a sharing spree on Twitter. Instead of retyping it all here I’m just going to link the tweets.
