Kate Davies Designs is the proud winner of the FSB / Worldpay award for microbusiness of the year! Anne Eunson’s artistry. September 5, 2012. September 5, 2012. A fence and a flowerbed? Take a closer look . . . for this is no ordinary fence. . . This is a knitted fence . . . A Shetland lace fence, no less. I love the way that the lace and Anne’s planting speak to and interact with one another, as the heads of daisies peak through the yarnovers. It is as if the flowers are wearing a shawl, and t...Thanks ...

http://kidsandcapers.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Monday, 8 December 2014. Has it really been so long? I cannot believe it has been fifteen months since I last made an appearance here. I don't know why I became so detached from my blog. Did I feel it had run its course, I had nothing interesting to say, life was so busy? Probably a little of each. What I have discovered though, as time has passed, is that I really, really miss it! Maybe it's time to breathe some life into it again. Let me being by giving you the potted version of the last year. I found ...

Garden Inspiration | Merry Magpie Farm
https://merrymagpiefarm.com/2015/07/21/garden-inspiration
Adventures in Mini Farming. July 21, 2015. When we were in Europe one thing I really enjoyed was all the green space. There were public parks full of trees, herbs, and blooming flowers, even in chilly Scotland. The open air markets all sold fresh-cut flowers and herbs and it was a delight to the senses. Maddie and I noticed especially in France that it seemed as though everyone was walking around with a fresh baguette and an armful of flowers. Flowers at Holyrood gardens in Edinburgh. Swimmy Days →.

Conundrums, contradictions and questions. May 6, 2009 at 4:49 am · Filed under Uncategorized. I can’t believe I have let this go for so long… there has been so much going on and it has filled my mind so much that I have not found the words or the time to put it down on ‘paper’. Last week I stepped out of my life in Hubli – back into my old life of 7 years ago – when I lived in Himachal Pradesh and spent my time teaching English to a ragtag bunch of Himalayan kids. The proof is in the pudding. For the Ame...
