Jack, of course, wanted to have it at home, which complicates matters by 1000. Also, he wanted a homemade eggnog cake instead of just regular store bought cupcakes! But we survived and had fun. Here is Sam when we were getting ready. We were really hot, lemme tell ya. Yes, I forced Jack to wear long sleeves. Fun times on the bouncy slide.

Saturday, July 23, 2011. Today Corbin came in to my room complaining that he was "bweeding" and he needed a band aid on his foot. I looked at the bottom of his foot and he did have a very tiny pin prick with a little dot of blood on it. Me: Do you know what you stepped on? Corbin: (sad voice) No. Me: Was it a.porcupine?
