The Engbers Blog: December 2014
http://jonanderin.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
160;Monday, December 22, 2014 . Surprisingly, I do not have many random phone pics from November that I didn't get in posts. I do have a few facts about the girls that I have written down and want to remember. I'll see if I can remember them all. There are days when Clara wakes up with crazy bedhead. This was the worst we have seen so far! Some funny phrases Clara has said recently,. Mom, don't worry.I can handle this.". She is ALWAYS "hungy" She loves to eat snacks and requests them often! One of her fa...

The Engbers Blog: February 2015
http://jonanderin.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
160;Wednesday, February 25, 2015 . One week ago today we were celebrating the birth of Elijah John. He has taken over our hearts with his sweetness. So far he has a calm, laid back personality-which is very different from the girls as infants. Jon and I are both in a little disbelief that this will continue.but for now we are very thankful! He dislikes being naked/getting his clothes changed or getting his diaper changed. These are definitely not his favorite things! A little about Elijah's birth:. Grand...

Ashley & Co.: May 2015
http://thevenhuizenclan.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html
Tuesday, May 19, 2015. We had Maddy's celebration of life service on Saturday and it was a very lovely service. Perfectly tailored to the dinosaur loving little girl that she was! Her family loves her so much, the community surrounding them loves them so much. It is a whole month already that she has been gone and it feels like only a second. Sweet Madison, you will never be forgotten. Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.

Ashley & Co.: August 2014
http://thevenhuizenclan.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
Thursday, August 28, 2014. My sweet boy turned five months old already. The time is flying by impossibly fast and I'm not sure how I feel about it! He is still a very sweet baby who thrives on attention and loves to watch his siblings play around him. He is still as chubby as ever, most of which he carries in his legs (sorry for that one, buddy! Oh, and we started him on baby cereal. He doesn't seem to mind it at all, if he could just figure out the whole swallowing thing! Friday, August 1, 2014. Look wh...

Tuesday, September 30, 2014. 6 months and counting. Elliot turned 6 Months old on Sunday, the 28th. The day almost flew by before I remembered to stop and recognize this big milestone! He has been in our lives for half a year? So much is changing and he is learning and doing new things all the time. This first one this month was food! I purchased a baby bullet before he was even born and have been excited to make home made food! We went golfing with Daddy over labor day and had a blast! He still occasion...

Last Day of School. 160;Tuesday, May 26, 2015 . We are excited for next year, but first we are going to have a fun summer ahead! Here are a few pictures to show how much Olivia has grown this school year. On to first grade! 160; Posted by Erin. 160; . 160; . 160;Saturday, May 23, 2015 . May has been busy with many school events for Olivia, trying to get our garden started, flower planted, lawns mowed, and keeping our children happy, clean, and fed! There's the bubbles Eli likes to blow. Here is what we...

The Engbers Blog: June 2014
http://jonanderin.blogspot.com/2014_06_01_archive.html
160;Friday, June 27, 2014 . We have been waiting for a nice day to try out the splash pad again this summer. We decided to try the Larchwood one this time and met our friends, the Bosmans, there. It took Clara a little while to warm up to the idea of getting real close to the water. She liked filling her bucket from a distance and not getting too wet. Olivia, on the other hand, went straight for the fountains and had fun splashing! This next set of pictures cracks me up! Here comes the big splash! The bi...

The Engbers Blog: Lake Fun Cont'd...
http://jonanderin.blogspot.com/2015/07/lake-fun-contd.html
160;Monday, July 27, 2015 . A few more snapshots of what we have been up to on our lake vacation. This little guy spends a good amount of time laying on his blankie outside playing with toys and looking up at the trees. He loves being outside. Olivia did try skiing one day. Unfortunately it ended with a bunch of water up her nose. She has been a little too scared to try again. We will see if she tries yet this week or waits until next year. She is determined she wants to learn eventually. 160; . Grilled...

The Engbers Blog: August 2015
http://jonanderin.blogspot.com/2015_08_01_archive.html
160;Sunday, August 30, 2015 . Yes, I still have to go back and post about some of our August adventures, as well as Eli's 6 month stats, Olivia's birthday etc. So the next few entries are in random order, but I wanted to start with some school pictures. Last week was the start of school for both Olivia (1st grade) and Clara (Preschool). We went to an Open House the night before school started to find their rooms and put away their school supplies. Olivia picked out a cheetah backpack for the school year.

160;Thursday, July 30, 2015 . We are back home from the lake and back to reality. I have a couple more posts of lake pictures to share! Jon's family had a tradition of going to a restaurant on Ten Mile Lake every year called Arthurs. Unfortunately, it closed a few years ago. This past year a new restaurant was built, which is also called Arthurs. We were excited to travel there by boat and try it out! Working on a puzzle. I think me and Grandma P. did most of the work! Jon's biggest catch of the week!
