Really really long time! It has been almost a year since I blogged. Time indeed flies. Anyway, I have been fine so far. :). Hope everyone reading this has been good too! As of today, I am 83.9kg and I aspire to gain another 5-6kg or so before Oct-Nov before I start cutting down to 85kg. I can do this! Russell Tan :) ).

I was dieting for my debut in MFW2013 but I have withdrawn after 9 weeks of dieting and etc. I withdrew because :. 1) I did not have enough size. 2) I was not prepared ( routine, music etc). 3) Major Project Issues ( Yes, this is my final semester).
