Wednesday, February 25, 2009. Later that night Bridger and I watched as she opened her presents. We let her pick them out at the store, so she loved them. She got a laptop (which is good for us so she no longer pounds on ours), a puppy on a string (hopefully she will no longer drag my tennis shoes around), and some books and clothes. Happy Birthday! Thursday, October 8, 2009. Needless to say she got one for being so good and to help entertain her on the long ride. When we arrived home Bridger's mom and sister had left us a few surprises! Saturday, August 22, 2009. We celebrated when we could. Party at the pool and picnic in the park. Mia, we love you SO MUCH, and are so grateful that you have blessed our lives immensely. Thank you for being our beautiful little girl! It truly is so hard to believe she is 18 months! I too remember the day she was born I was so excited to be home and then I got sick and could only see her from a distance. But from a distance or not I was and am so grateful I got to be there for that special day!

Tuesday, August 26, 2008. This is a picture of the first time we gave Mia cereal. I wish we would have had a video camera because it was hilarious! I had some help from my family who suggested that I mix the cereal with apple juice. Sure enough she loves it and its never been a struggle to feed her anymore. I guess she just has a sweet tooth! It's such a short month! I was at the store a few days ago and saw some Valentine's cards and wished I was in Elementary School again so I could buy some.
