My favorite run is a great little spot (that I won't say the name because we get too many tourists on it) but it is a 6.5 mile loop (I know, all the locals reading this are shouting! So, coach gave me a 70 min run with hills and I hit . As I ran the 3.25 miles up I also went up each of the side streets, then back down, then on the 3.25 miles down I ran up all the side streets and back down. Links to this post.

In less than a week she has been packed and unpacked then repacked in Hawaii, then unpacked in Florida and repacked. AND tomorrow she will be unpacked in St. Croix! I gotta confess, I LOVE IT! Today in 101 I learned all about extending my elbow through the entire pull phase (to my hip), keeping my wrists and hands light, and rolling with my hips so I could get my fingers out of the water and a higher elbow on the recovery. It was really fun to roll around! I felt so clumsy. then I got to thinking. I wonder if swimming (all the technique) is at all like dancing. Is grace in the pool and on the dance floor linked?
