http://theesligers.blogspot.com/2007_11_01_archive.html
Friday, 30 November 2007. The hotel beds were so comfortable, thank-God because I needed some proper sleep. Also great shower and breakfast offered. We're were off at 8am to hit the Xmas markets in a few different towns. We're staying in Trier, the oldest city in Germany. Our first place to visit was Koblenz, about an hour away. More time on the bus - dear God. The last stop for the evening is Bernkastel. Wow! There's a huge building outfitted as an advent calendar! Thursday, 29 November 2007. The train ...

The Esligers: Busy London
http://theesligers.blogspot.com/2010/04/busy-london.html
Friday, 16 April 2010. I feel like a new woman! So what does today bring? It takes me over an hour and 4 tube rides to get to where I want to go rather than 20 mins and 2 tube rides. The disturbing thing was the announcements at the tube stations stating a person is under a train! I know now why I take the tube - traffic doesn't slow it down! Way too many people for my liking! It is great to be here but doesn't quite compare to a warm Mediterranean Island! Mamma Mia was awesome! Tonight I'm crashing at A...

The Esligers: May 2008
http://theesligers.blogspot.com/2008_05_01_archive.html
Tuesday, 20 May 2008. I have been looking forward to this day for a year! And it's finally here! I didn't end up sleeping great last night. The room was cozy and clean but the bed felt like I was sleeping on springs. The cheap price I paid also meant a shared bathroom and I could hear people from the other rooms opening and closing their doors through the night going to the bathroom. So I woke up every 2 hours and that was probably ostly due to my excitement to go home. It's time to board! I could barely...

The Esligers: Mowing & Brandy
http://theesligers.blogspot.com/2010/04/mowing-brandy.html
Saturday, 10 April 2010. I absolutely love waking up in the morning to hear the birds chirping and opening the curtains to a bright sunny day with beautiful blue skies. Unfortunately just because Keith goes away doesn't mean the mowing does! I have fought this chore but have finally succumb. I figure I should do it at least once.I guess. Ugh. So on Wednesday Keith gave me a tutorial! I had no idea how to even start the damn thing! I reckon I could put my back out! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Monday, April 18, 2011. Spring Break Part 2 - Grand Forks ND. Half of our spring break was spent at the farm and the other half was spent in Grand Forks, North Dakota. We went there with Al and Melissa Taylor and Co., and also met up with some friends from Oakbank. We hit the waterpark with the kids twice, checked out Cabela's as per Al's direction, did some awesome shopping at great prices and celebrated Claire Taylor's 3rd birthday. Sunday, April 17, 2011.
