Two Moors Primary School. Visit from Exmoor Zoo. Today was our Castle celebration day. Everybody looked amazing dressed as princesses, kings, queens, soldiers and knights. We watched the musicians in the morning. D2 made castle shaped sandwiches for our banquet, D1 had made cakes yesterday. In the afternoon we all went to the hall and did Tudor dancing. Two Moors Primary School. Visit from Exmoor Zoo. June 22, 2016. On Tuesday year 1 had a brilliant day at Puxton Park. We saw lots of the animals -pigs, cows and meerkats and were able to stroke the rabbits and guinea pigs. We went on a very bumpy tractor ride and were told all about the working parts of the farm where they make cheese. The bird of prey show was really interesting, we saw a Harris hawk, an eagle and a barn owl. It was a fantastic trip, what was your favourite thing? Enter your comment here.

Two Moors Primary School. Visit from Exmoor Zoo. D1 had a very scientific morning investigating paper. First we tested which paper would be best for Cinderella to mop up water. We tried several different papers to see which was most absorbent. Next we tested the papers to see which would be best for Red Riding Hood to draw a bright picture for Granny. We all went on a hunt and found a giant footprint! We decided it had to belong to a dinosaur because it had three toes, but how did it get there? Some of us thought it must have come in overnight….
