South Charleston Housing Authority manages 121 units of public housing that the agency leases to low and moderate income families. Parkland Terrace has 97 apartments ranging from efficiency to four bedrooms. There are 24 scattered site homes that are also rented as public housing scattered throughout the city of South Charleston. These units consist of two, three, and four bedroom homes.
