The Jacobs- - -. Tuesday, January 25, 2011. It may seem odd to post Christmas pictures after New Years, but our Christmas festivities didn't end till the middle of January - what a holiday season! We spent Christmas in Michigan with Kyles family. Although we spent most of Christmas break sharing germs, we had a great time.I love my in-laws! The Jacobs- - -. Friday, July 22, 2011. A few months ago, our good friends Kevin and Heidi moved to Olathe, KS. We were so blessed by their friendship when they lived in Beaver Dam for a year, and we could not wait to visit them! Since they live only 4 hours from St. Louis, we drove from Lani and Jon's to stay with the Jackson's for a few days. We had a lot of fun in a short amount of time! Lunch at P.F. Chang's. This was the first wedding on that side of the family since our wedding in 2008. Needless to say, it was a blast hanging out with all of the family and celebrating with everyone! Wednesday, January 20, 2010. Lots of games, kids, adults, meals, waterslides, and family time. The weekend was a little melancholy for us too. ON Saturday night we missed the 10th annual Jazz Concert in memory of Jake. It was very hard to miss, especially after missing Jake so much after the holidays. When we got home on Sunday night, Nora cheered her mommy up by playing with her toy saxophone while wearing uncle Jake's Bears tshirt. =). Sadly we left the camera in the car so no pics from this night!

Wednesday, February 2, 2011. We are happy to all be safe and sound after a big blizzard! No school for mommy or nora, and daddy stayed home in the morning. We were out enjoying the BIG snowdrifts - taller than Nora! Nora loved making snow angels and digging around in the snow! We are certainly soaking up our last weeks with just Nora- and are starting to get ready for the baby., Nora has loved going through all of the baby things that we are getting out, I think she is ready to be a big sister!
