Tuesday, February 21, 2012. I got a cool new glass shaker today in the mail and I am stoked! Not only is it a shaker but it is also sealed so I can throw it in my gym bag and not worry about it leaking. I am doing a Cinch Shake. With a smoothie for breakfast. It is so yummy and filling. Tomorrow, I plan on doing a chocolate peanut butter one. Yum! Well off to get my beauty sleep! Tomorrow is my first day using Vitalizer. I will let you know what I think! Saturday, April 23, 2011. My Sisters Weightloss Story. Hope your weekend is good so far! Like I said on the last post. My sister has successfully lost 100 lbs. Here is her story:. People always ask me how did you do it? What are your tips? Running and plyometrics has helped me lose so much weight. I am currently at 100 lb weightloss and I would never go back to my previous life style. It's so nice to fit in normal ppl clothing. When I started I was a size 28 and now a 16 :)! Friday, July 15, 2011. I have had a great but busy week. I worked until 8 two days this week, only to get home and great ready for the next day and bed. I have still been using the intermittent fasting approach and all I can say is that I love it! I like to have my morning coffee and not have to worry about snacking all day. Wednesday, June 29, 2011. I must be Crazy. Today I officially have all my paperwork in to start taking classes again. I decided to take Organic Chemistry and I am dreading it. Thursday, September 29, 2011. I don’t know how many diets I have tried since I started this blog. It is getting a lil ridiculous. I also realized with the way I eat, that a lot of those diets are NOT sustainable for life. So, as you know, I love watching Dr. Oz. On his show on Monday, he announced his Transformation Nation.
