Musing Feeling Capturing Creating }. Monday, August 12, 2013. The last few months have been difficult. Almost an apathy and lethargy hanging around. I found it limited my creativity and created this deep introspection into what my life is about and why I do what I do. I can't say I've sorted it yet but I made a decision and I've started today. Instead of sleeping in and just doing what I feel like doing (which is sleeping or at least putting my head down somewhere, anywhere! Keeps staring out at me.

Being Asian, I love my rice (almost as much as it loves to show on my hips) but I've always wanted to embrace my Australian side by having salads (just like everybody else). Thank goodness for Lisa who has introduced me to the ideal combo - a Brown Rice Salad! I have tweaked the original recipe and omitted some elements however I included the original items in the recipe below should you want to add them (I crossed out what I didn't use).

Oh yeah did I mention that it brings about lack of sleep cos I got burnt on my back? Yup Of all the places.
