Look it's a blog. Saturday, March 01, 2003. One thing i do like about koreans is that they really revere their elderly. old people. There's a north korean student in my dorm at yonsei. i think he's the first north korean student to go to school in south korea in a really long time. i don't know if it counts though, because he was raised in japan. still, i claim bragging rights to having met a genuine north korean. Kids can be so cruel. heck, camp counselors can be so cruel. they took scuttles and threw him around and hid him and did all sorts of unspeakable things, and they wouldn't let me take him in the shower with me! So after an unsuccessful hunt, they hooked me up with woodstock. they're both birds, yah? Anyway, woodstock is adorable and i'm so touched that they love me that much. God is good. Look it's a blog. Saturday, June 04, 2005. I am da mac momma. So the tour was kinda boring, we didn't see any tunnels or museums or all the normal things that you see when you go to the dmz. but since we were on a tour bus with more japanese people than white people, we were accompanied by korean soldiers instead of americans like in the past. Look it's a blog. Monday, July 11, 2005. Because my korean sucks, i pushed the delete button instead of publish so my uuber long update just got wiped. brief summery in convenient bullet format:. Work: was working at bad place, now working at good place. yay. Love life: went on my first sogeting (blind date). canceled once, delayed once, and my friend crashed it after the first 20 min. dont think i left a good impression.
