Evergreen Shelter | Lapham Peak Friends

Evergreen Shelter is located at the lower parking lot area. It has electric heat, indoor bathrooms, water and a wood stove. The building has a capacity of 50 with six sturdy plastic round tables and 36 chairs. It can be reserved during the nonski season. State Parks Rental Application2500-042. During the snow season, the 2.5 mile lighted loop is lit Monday through Saturday until 9:00 pm. The park closes at 5 pm on Sundays. Go to YouTube Video. Wheel and Sprocket of Delafield. For striding and skate skis as well as snowshoes and fat tire bikes at the Wheel and Sprocket and Peak Nordic Ski Hut white shed located on the road to Evergreen Parking Lot. Unless we get a large amount of rain they should remain open throughout the summer. Please allow the trails to dry after a rain, so we don't have to constantly close/open to avoid erosion.
