SO HAPPY TOGETHER: 2010-12-12
http://jacknandannette.blogspot.com/2010_12_12_archive.html
Saturday, December 18, 2010. The Gift of Christmas. A few days ago, Jack received a call from a blood bank, asking him to donate blood for a child who will have heart surgery this week. What a wonderful gift I thought, to give of yourself in such a way at Christmas time. I can't imagine a greater gift than what Christ has already given me. An opportunity, (through my faithfulness and obedience) to have Eternal Life. When I ponder on the blessing of my Eternal Family, I can scarcely take it in. He is the ...

Mormon-Nette: October 2010
http://mormon-nette.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
Sunday, October 31, 2010. A Love for All Seasons. Dear Friends and Family,. Yes, there are more triggers in the music and colored lights of the season to remind us to be a little more gentle in our treatment of each other, but if we could keep Christ in our hearts after we take down the Christmas tree and heft the decorations to the attic, we know we would experience more joy all year long. God Bless and Keep You Safe,. I will never forget how I longed to gather together on the Sabbath for church the day...

Laura Hudson: The Ocean
http://louiehudson.blogspot.com/2009/11/ocean.html
Sunday, November 8, 2009. In September we took a trip to Fort Bragg. I love the ocean. I could sit on the beach all day listening to the waves and feeding the birds. It is one of Gods greatest creations. I always hate to leave. This was Noah's first time at the beach and it wasn't his favorite thing. Eli on the other hand loves to play in the waves, eat the sand and chase the birds. This is his second time at the ocean and he had a great time. I think he will be like me and never want to leave. Fun with ...

Mormon-Nette: January 2011
http://mormon-nette.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Monday, January 3, 2011. This morning the gym parking lot was crammed with the cars of "New Year Resolutioners." My hat is off to everyone who has the fortitude to reprogram the old brain stem, yet one more time. I myself had downloaded a new goal program into my android phone called The Habit Factor, and listed eight new habits to track this year. There is something encouraging about beginning again, when we resolve to do just a little bit better than last year! You deserve a standing ovation!
