Wednesday, October 20, 2010. 1 lb dry ziti or penne pasta. 3/4 of an onion, chopped. 1 lb lean ground beef. 1 1b ground Italian sausage. 2 jars of spaghetti sauce. 1 tble of oregano. 1 tble of basil. Salt and Pepper to taste. 16 oz sour cream. 6 oz of of provolone cheese, sliced (I used a whole package). 2 cups of shredded mozzarella. 2-3 tble of grated parmesan cheese.
