I was like, oh. when i heard the staircase running, cause i hate it, and even though my legs went really sore, i told myself only need to climb 3 floors of stairs, like, more, literally 4 sets, then i can run on flat ground . Basically think that we were playing throughout the hurdle exercises, even though we tried to take it seriously, adjust here, adjust there. Thursday, March 08, 2007. 7th March 07,cloudy,turf city. Bad, very bad, whne I ended and I knew I wasn't that tired, I knew that my final part could have been so much faster. Friday, December 22, 2006. 23rd dec 06,clouds with drizzle,school. Double leg jump at 15'. At 24'-one by one. Single,double,division,mass. I managed to stay on pace with them for the warm-up, felt that I can swing my arms better now. Hurdle walk was okay,I just had to tell my mind that I must bend my leg when i cross over can already. Front walk was tough.Cause like when I cross the power hurdle,I don't know if my back leg is straight bend or not and I was unbalanced and wobble a lot on my tiptoe. Sprint...

Friday, January 26, 2007. Venue: macritchie time: 300- 5. Schedule: 2 rounds of 3 k route. 70 percent number of up slopes: 3 in forest, 2 in highway. Reflections: it was a fun run! We ran together as a group and 'enjoyed the scenery'. the pace was faster during the second round and we manage to avoid all the mudding spots! I manage to be more familiarise with the route eg. where are the places with mud. Venue: school time: 245-5. Schedule: long run run to bishan run back short route. Schedule: 3.3 run.

Saturday, November 25, 2006. 20th nov 06,very sunny. I told myself that i must persevere! Then instead of focusing on speed,I focused on maintaining a constant pace for the 20sets and timing of below 45s and i achieve it! Sunday, February 25, 2007. Schedule: road relay 3.3 timing: 14.58 target for next run : 14.30. Before race: orange power gel yummy. Lunch: rice with chicken wing, ikan bilis, cabbage. Reflections: i was the first runner thus have pace. i tried following jeddidar but she was too fast :( i maintain the pace throughout and headed towards the horrendous slope. DEBBIE OVERTOOK ME THERE! Schedule : Run to Garden. Run 2 rounds around the Garden, and run back to school by the long way. I cannot stand the heat!

Wednesday, March 7, 2007. Schedule: 1 round warm up. the other time trial , 18:11. Reflections: i was disappointed. my timing was never so bad before. i didn't feel like i was floating. i did push and i thought my timing would be quite well but it didn't turn out the way i think it would be. my fitness has gone down. i hope that i can regain it after more trainings. aim for next round: 17:45.
