The Loire valley is an ideal base for all sorts of activities. Rille is just North of la route vignoble of the Loire valley, and is therefore an excellent base either for or a wine tasting holiday, or merely an occasional day out sampling the local wines of the Region. To reach la route vignoble leave Rille on the D749 heading South for Bourgeuil. At Bourgeuil, you can take either direction towards Tours or to Saumur and Angers, and pass an abundance of places advertising wine tasting from the road.
