An open plan area of some 40ft in length, kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, hob, oven) to one end with seating beyond the staircase which gives access to the upper floors. Television/DVD is in this area (UK 'free to view' plus French stations). Main bedroom, a comfortable room of good size (20x13 ft) with an elegant double bed. Landing - with floor length windows (plus the Wi-Fi box for your computer connection) and bathroom (Bath, WC, basin). The book-lined landing provides access to 'the Green Bedroom'.

The property is extremely versatile; For large groups - up to 12 people - the property is available from Friday 18th July to Friday 29th August 2008 at 2200 per week. Minimum rental period of two weeks (and please note that arrival/departure is on Friday). Far easier travel conditions. Outside these dates if you are a large group please do enquire about availability. Outside these dates there is great flexibility.
