Whimsical rantings of a globetrotter. Laquo; New recipe added. Home sweet home… ish? A killer monkey, one thousand steps and a crowded marketplace. Welcome to Burma. June 2, 2010 by Laura @ Grassroots Nomad. Climbing into the back of a falling apart pick up truck, I knew that this wouldn’t be a comfortable ride. Kyle and I were all templed out so we decided to spend our final day in Bagan visiting the nearby Mount Popa – only an hour or so out-of-town. Ox and cart - one of many en route to Mount Popa.

Whimsical rantings of a globetrotter. Laquo; Solar powered travel – the way of the future? Corrida de toros – is this the end for bullfighting in Spain? July 25, 2010 by Laura @ Grassroots Nomad. So so soooo disgusting! I am an un...
