十月 28, 2007 at 3:18 上午. 龍井鄉舊稱 龍目井 ，狹義而言，指本鄉龍泉村附近一帶，村中有一古井，狀似龍目吐珠，常年湧泉，為一勝景，1920年據此名勝而改稱為 龍井。 本鄉原屬貓霧西堡之一部分，1720年間，始從貓霧、半線 彰化 二堡分出大肚堡，至1875年再劃分出為大肚上、中、下三堡，於是本鄉歸屬大肚中堡 南端有部分屬下堡。 Entry filed under: Uncategorized. 龍井
龍井原本稱之為「茄投庄」，1920年日治時取庄內「龍目井」之頭尾二字而改稱為「龍井」。龍目井為此鄉境內之古蹟，《彰化縣志》中記載道：「龍目井，泉清味甘，湧起尺許，如噴玉花。井旁二石，狀似龍目，故名。里人環井居，竹籬茅舍亦饒幽致」。 龍目井位於龍井鄉龍泉村龍目井巷。相傳該井的泉水湧自一棵老樟的樹根中。先民開拓台灣，已經就發現了它。清代初期，彰化建城，因彰邑水鹹，此井水甘，城廓幾乎決定建於此。但彰邑人士不肯罷休，暗中撒下很多鹽份於此井內，加以阻礙。於是縣城始決定建於今之彰化。龍目井，現以水泥修造，已非當年。 訂閱： 文章 (Atom).
