We didn’t really see any snow here in the South but even our kids didn’t complain about that, a sure sign that they’re fed up of winter and want to get into shorts and sandals! My brothers stem cells have finally given that pesky Hodgkin’s the boot! It’s wonderful my transplant has worked and I can finally say I’m clear. Ultimate USA style pancakes – I have lived on these when sugar was still a bit of an issue. A mixer helps, but can be done by hand! 500ml Greek style yoghurt. 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda. 1 capful/ 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence. Oscar likes bananas on top, then flip and they caramelise coated in golden syrup. Nell likes them plain with syrup on the side. Andy has blueberries on top. Saturday, 13 August 2011. A very British holiday. How is your weekend going? So, we are back from our family holiday to Wales. We had fun but boy did it rain and blow a gale on a couple of the days we were there! We stayed in a pretty little cottage close to a town called Cowbridge. That place took me by surprise actually; I got my little shopping fix and there was a few good places for a nice cup of tea and a good coffee too. The rest of the gang had their Ice Cream Sundaes which looked pretty good too.

Day 98 first results back! December 21, 2013. I just wanted to post to mark I’m past day 100, I thought it fell on the21st but I was a day out, so a day earlier. The one thing being clear has done is make me eager to get back to full health quicker so I can enjoy things again! Day 133 →. January 7, 2014. I’m back in Jimmy’s, my temp hit 38 on Sunday and I spent the day in rigours. I came in was admitted straight away no 8 hour wait for a bed! Within an hour of starting antibiotics felt much better and hopefully will be home within a couple of days all being well. Hopefully my next post will be from Green Cottage!
