Useful tips for the vertically challenged! Keep that leg elevated! So you busted up your leg/knee/ankle and your laid up for a while. Sucks doesn’t it. You can barely leave the house. Showering is dodgy as hell nevermind trying to negotiate the stairs! Cooking/cleaning/just getting around the house, are a complete pain in the *ss. Not to worry over the last 6 weeks i’ve been in the same boat and have picked up some tips to make life a little easier! Leave a Reply Cancel reply. More widely appreciated ones.
