Taking Off the Costume. Gonna show my inner superhero. Sunday, June 19, 2016. I've dreaded weighing in since I had the week of "whatever." However, I promised myself that no matter, I'd do it before Monday. This morning I stepped on. Looked in disbelief and stepped off, only to redo it. The result- 301.2! Which means, even though I took a week off, I still managed to not go crazy and even managed to LOSE weight in the 14 days since I weighed in last. CHEERS! 14 pounds of loss. Friday, June 17, 2016.

My goal is to lose weight, but mostly just to become active again. I have attached no pounds to the summer, but I would love to lose at least 20. I weighed this morning, Sunday's or Monday's are going to be my day. Really, Sunday will be easier because my husband wants to do this also. My weigh in was: 302.6 pounds.

The answer was, from my new doc (my old one moved) was that my BP was under control, lets cut off one med, change another and I got the green light. For trying to make a baby. I still have PCOS, duh, but my body have been functioning normally for a year now. I'm healthier, less stress, and just feel better on whole about everything. BP is under control. My Aunt Flo has loved me and visited for a year. I got a green light.

Friday, May 26, 2006. Okay, so by the title of this blog, this is Day One of my diet. This is also my first blog entry here. Here's the plan. I'll be exercising just about every day this summer.
