Wednesday, 26 November 2014. Louise A. Ellis. I have just made this lovely set of painted dishes. I purchased a set of 6 vintage wooden dishes and painted them with illustrations of cute little subjects. I think they look soooo sweeeet! The teeny red suitcase is vintage too. They are painted in acrylics. The 'Balloon Rabbit' has tissue paper collage for the balloons and the 'Fox and Skylark' has a torn piece of paper of a William Blake poem. All are for hanging on a wall. How the dishes looks as a set.

Wednesday, 8 April 2015. The Brother's Grimm Fairy Tales. Last year I worked on a set of eight book covers to illustrate 'The Brother's Grimm Fairy Tales' for Miles Kelly. Publishers.And here they are! The fairy tales which I illustrated are: Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, The Frog Prince, Rapunzel, The Elves and the Shoemaker, Snow White, Hansel and Gretel and Sleeping Beauty. Monday, 23 June 2014. So Saturday I arrived in Milan! I had another great welcome to the city as my first pizza I ate was given to me in a heart shape! After we went exploring and visited the Catherdral appraently it the third largest Catholic Catherdral in the world. It was very impressive. It was even worth visiting the roof top! Wednesday, 23 April 2014. So after the AMAZING snowbombing festival I got a lift from there with bla bla car. To Lake Annecy in France. Here I stayed for three nights at Hostel Annecy. Oh and I also bought some strawberrys. I saved these for my bike ride. The Lake is absolutely stunning. We did a bike of biking then took a walk up the hillside. Friday, 25 April 2014. Walk of the Earth. On Tuesday this week I went with my uncle and my cousin Olly to watch Walk of the Earth. Being 5 foot all does not work out well for me at this time. I should invent some extendable shoes. I was close to sniffing armpit on lots of occasions! Still at least I can jump! Amazing performance and incredible musicians! Monday, 31 March 2014. Small people BIG castles, wine and ice cream! Save my little legs I thought. As I got closer I noticed it wasn’t moving. Gutted! I found out it was just out of season. This meant effort was required. So after my leisurely tour I wandered back down. Much better! I then remembered I had to focus as I had a train and bus to catch. This meant extra effort of concentration now. Not only I had to figure out the correct buses I had the issue of not falling asleep! Thursday, 27 March 2014.

Monday, 23 June 2014. So at the Lux expo there is more than just wine tasting the had lots of things on including free cheese tasting and cooking items to buy. They has a FREE sushi making evening that I decided to get involved with. So here is my first ever Attempt at making sushi! I also learnt a great tip with the chop sticks. Monday, 28 April 2014. Hey there. Had another fun filled weekend. Saturday in Luxembourg was the rubber duck race! I got down to the Grund around 2pm. Unfortunately I just missed out on betting on a duck :-( gutted as the top price was a car! Oh well. Maybe I saved myself 5 euros. I stay and watched anyway. Got a few photos to share. Having said that my nose did start to run a little. Luckily I sniffed it back up before anything happened! Oh yes I did pedal although I don't think my uncle would agree!
