Friday, December 18, 2009. August 16th was the last time I posted? Oh I am so sorry! I have been absolutely swamped with this my business! I can't believe I am due in 6 days! So, I wanted to share a few things that we have been up to the last 4 (so sorry! I now have a licensed, insured, registered LLC business! It has been so fun learning how to do this and it has been going to well. I have my new site done and I can sit back for a while and relax while I learn how to be a mom again! We just can't wait!

Short sales are scary, and we will see how bad it will be next year when we are taxed. The dumb IRS can say that since we didn't pay $150,000 that it was profit and charge is 30% taxes on that. The doctor said if I had waited a week he would have been a 9 pounder. The blessings of having to have a c-section. This was my first scheduled c-section.
