Monday, April 28, 2014. We had a great Easter weekend filled with fun and family. We started our Saturday at my sisters house for our annual Easter egg hunt. The kids were a little bigger this year so the the big open field with not a lot of hiding places was not the toughest hunt but they enjoyed it. There were a ton of eggs so they had a great time. Monday, June 16, 2014. We had a great Father's Day at our house this year. Since Mom and Dad are living with us it was pretty convenient. We cooked out and the kids played in the slip n slide. Saturday, July 5, 2014. Happy 4th of July. We had a good time at Sunnyfest the week before the 4th. The kids had a lot of fun playing in the bounce houses and the train ride. On the 4th, we had Levi's family over for a cookout and then headed to Harry Myers Park for fireworks. Turns out you should plan a little ahead for that, traffic was so bad and backed up we decided to just stop in downtown and hope for the best. We saw fireworks but not the best view ever! Lesson learned for next year.

Sunday, March 16, 2014. We had family over hanging out and the kids were playing out front. Garrett decided to take the training wheels off Logan's bike and literally got on it and started riding for the FIRST time. It was crazy.he yelled "look, I already learned it". Saturday, February 22, 2014. Levi and I considered our Mexico trip out birthday presents so kept our birthdays pretty low key this year. We met up with some friends at Primo's in Rowlett for dinner and then headed next door to Flying Saucer afterwards and managed to be home by 10:30pm. My kind of night :). Posted by The Long's. Monday, August 25, 2014. First day of Kindergarten. I got a little teary eyed last night, thinking this was the last time I was going to tuck you into bed as a preschooler.no more not going to school if we don't feel like it, spending the day with family if that seems more fun, sleeping in late because we can. Saturday, July 27, 2013. Panama City Beach 2013. We had a nice week in PCB this year. We had a lot of scheduling conflicts in trying to book a trip between Levi starting his new job, finishing up classes and several other things.
