My internal motivator is my determination to get my foundation certificate to apply for a Business Diploma. The desire to have my certificate is what drives me to attend classes and pass. I want to feel accomplished and know that I am capable of succeeding. My external motivator is to work in admin and earn a higher salary to support my family. Internal and External Motivation.

And today (19/6/15) brings me to the end of my class ending with the topic on sustainability. Tasks in this project were:. Individually evaluate a business research article;.
