August 7, 2014. My version of chicken stew uses lesser meat and I am glad that my family is consuming more vegetables than meat. This chicken stew basically needs only carrots, potatoes and chicken meat. Other ingredients that would be great with this recipe includes celery, firm tofu and zucchini. I usually see what’s left in the fridge, to vary the dish slightly. Monday, April 28, 2014. 因为是三重身份，所以‘专’不到‘家’。 第一家。。。作家；. 就不会在荧幕前呆了好几句钟都‘酝酿’不出好文章。 第二家。。。摄影家；. 就不会一盘料理折腾了老半天都‘诞生’不出好作品。 第三家。。。烘培家；. 就不会依样画葫芦的被食谱绕了一大圈都‘创造’不出新煮意。 让人遇到‘无语’就想退缩，遇到‘无题’就想逃离，. 遇到‘无聊’就无影无踪潜水去。 1）将橙汁，优格及蔓越莓混拌均匀，备用。 2）把奶油，细砂糖及橙皮屑搅拌至泛白状，再逐粒将蛋加入。 3）加入一半的面粉，拌匀后倒入做法1）一半的材料。 4）把剩余的面粉倒入，搅拌均匀后，加入另一半的材料1），改用橡皮刮刀拌匀即可。 5）将面糊倒入烤盘，用橡胶刮刀抹平表面。 6）放入预热烤箱，以170度烤约45分钟即可。 材料里少了蛋的份量，我用2个蛋（约110g）.
