Where lead or previously replaced flashing has been stolen or vandalised repairs will be made in the spring of 2016. Any owner is entitled to put themselves forward to become a director and this would normally happen at the AGM. The board work with the managing agent, RBMS, to ensure all regular works are ongoing and to set priorities for larger works. Directors are unpaid and do not receive any expenses.

Welcome to Mariners Village Homeowner's Association, a neighborhood community located in Florence, Oregon. The Mariners Village HOA was formed as an Oregon non-profit corporation to administer and govern the affairs of the community. April 10, 2018 at 6:00 pm at the Library in the Siuslaw conference room.
