Mariners' wharf film Festival 2017. A project of Elizabeth City Downtown, Inc. Relive the drive-in movie experience- sans the car- with Elizabeth City’s beautiful waterfront at Mariners’ Wharf Park as the backdrop. Classic American films are shown on a large screen on nine consecutive Tuesdays at 8:30 PM from June 6 through July 25 (except July 4).
