There'll be days like this. The children are short, the days are long. Monday, November 30, 2009. Thanksgiving weekend was very busy, with my mother in town Thursday lunchtime until Sunday morning and then work on Sunday. Took Dorian to Little Peoples and had a cafe date with Sebastian. Did the last shopping of the year at Walker Farm. (Sob.). Made an apple pie, a pumpkin pie and cranberry sauce. Singin' in the Rain. Went out with Christine, Steven and Rosemary for a little pre-holiday fortification.

Friday, January 23, 2009. Yes, This Lonely? Lately I've been a little bored. Well a lot bored. On more than one occasion I have referred to my brain as oatmeal. Steven has worked extra hours over the past few weeks. He hasn't had a day off in a long time. When he gets home he's tired and I have nothing to talk about . I totally miss him. But, I don't miss him this much. I'm sure you could dress up your disembodied arm if you really wanted to. I wonder if they make a leg version. Me: Grommit is so cute.
