My latest book, “That’s How I Roll,” was released on amazon yesterday. It’s in memory of Ken who died in December, 2013. It’s a combination of prose, poetry, haibun and haiku. The best minestrone soup I’ve tasted. 1 cup chopped onion. 2-3 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 cups chopped celery. 2 med carrots, sliced. 2 lg zucchini, cubed. 1 1/2 cups cabbage, sliced thin. 1 cup cut green beans. 16 oz can stewed or diced tomatoes with liquid. 1 can vegetable or chicken broth. 1 can chick peas with liquid. 2 cups shredded carrots.
