A sweet way to document our beautiful baby boy! Friday, July 3, 2009. It was so hot in Kentucky! I felt bad for TJ. And everyone else wearing a suit. I hadn't planned on Mitchell wearing his hat, but we were sitting in the sun and in order to fend of the wrinkles that will eventually plague my son, I decided it was our only option, short of going inside and missing the wedding. Didn't make a peep the entire ceremony. Gretchen kept the ceremony quick though. Thank God it wasn't a Catholic ceremony!

We usually do bath time right before bed to calm him down. He had just woken up for this bath. A sweet way to document our beautiful baby boy! Friday, July 3, 2009. Family after the wedding. Mitchell was so great during the wedding and reception. He was so hot and sweaty- poor little guy. We took off his shoes, much to my dismay. The Robeez. Went perfectly with his little seersucker outfit! He had a really good time. Luckily he slept on the way to the wedding. So he was awake from about 5:30 until 11- I felt horrible keeping him up for so long. And he refused to sleep in his car seat.

When we pulled in to the fair it started to rain, but thank goodness that only lasted a few minutes! Eric, Josie and Evie in the Fun House! Do you remember the Fun House being the greatest as a kid? I thought it was so great when I was young.now I wonder why! Although, the girls really enjoyed it! This is by far Josie's favorite! She loves the horses! I love the pictures! Fun at the Rudds!

Thursday, October 1, 2009. Evie had her first official soccer game on September 12 and I am finally getting around to posting pics of the exciting game! It is so funny to watch all the children run to the ball, but not make much contact.I understand why Evie's coach refers to it as "herd ball". Nevertheless, we are enjoying watching Evie, whether it is kicking the ball or doing somersaults down the field, it makes it that much more fun, because we never know what to expect. Sunday, October 4, 2009. I wanted to give an update on our Josie girl since most of my recent posts have been about Evie! Josie is growing up so fast! She is such a joy! She is very goal-oriented, has great energy, and is such a jabber bug! She says anything and everything now and asks tons of questions! She sings her ABC's, counts to 15 and is working on her colors! She absolutely loves baby dolls and real babies. She started gymnastics. A few weeks ago, and absolutely loves it! She is so darn cute!
