Life as a Rice. Thursday, March 27, 2014. Respiratory Syncytial Virus = NO FUN! There we were enjoying the next chapter in our lives. Kyson was adjusting well and we all couldn't get enough of sweet little Claire. Two weeks later, Kyson came down with a cough. Life as a Rice. Thursday, October 31, 2013. It's hard to believe Kyson is 18 months old. Although it seems like he has been a part of our lives forever, the last 18 months have flown by! It has been SO fun watching him learn and grow. He has such a fun little personality. He likes to be independent. He is a picky eater. He is NOT a great sleeper. He has the world's cutest laugh and smile. He loves dancing to music. He knows lots of words. I took him to the park last week to try and get a few pictures.

Life as a Rice. Tuesday, November 18, 2014. I've come to the conclusion that blogging is a lot harder to keep up on with two kids! I give props to all those moms out there who work and blog on a regular basis with more than one child. With that being said.it's already been a few months since my last post. Oops! Life as a Rice. Tuesday, June 25, 2013. Life can get cRaZy. Happy Times and Sad Times. I haven't blogged in almost two months but wow. A lot has happened in that short time. After many many bumps in the road, we finally moved into our new home in Layton. However, we rented our condo out and had to be out by May 1. So, we stayed with some good friends for a few weeks. They have been lifesavers more than once! My AMAZING Grandparents celebrated their 73rd Wedding Anniversary! They are the most Incredible.

Life as a Rice. Thursday, December 27, 2012. 6th Christmas without my Dad and 1st Christmas with Kyson. I miss my Dad so much Especially. During the holidays and even more so now that we have Kyson! ButI know he's always with us in spirit! SoChristmas was so fun this year. I can't believe how much more exciting it is with a child. Although Kyson had no idea what was going on, it was still fun to be Santa and wrap his presents and fill his stocking. He was in such a good mood on Christmas! A Sig Sauer P238.

Life as a Rice. Saturday, November 2, 2013. We had so much fun this Halloween. This was Kyson's first year wearing a real costume and Trick or Treating. Neither Eric nor I are big fans of dressing up for Halloween so we need to work on that now that we have kids. I wasn't sure what to dress Kyson up as. I saw a really cute idea on Pinterest but I wasn't sure if it would offend some people. But I thought it was the cutest thing. So we decided we would do it depending on what we did for Halloween.
