Tuesday, November 15, 2011. So I know this is delayed, but I thought I should still post these fun pictures from when all our family came up for Ellie's blessing. We had a good time playing a little tennis as you can see. My mom made Ellie's gorgeous dress. Oh so cute, I just love the smocking on the bodice. First time meeting Grandma Hurst. Relaxing. I can't believe how small she is here :). My nephew Grant playing golf with his tennis racket. Clearly not a happy girl. Four generations. Cool.

Thursday, October 25, 2012. In June we went to the Denver Zoo with Grandma, Aunt Stephanie and cousins Callen and Tyler. They just had a new exhibit open called "Passage to India" so we thought we'd check it out. It had all animals India, of course, and Ellie enjoyed seeing the animals. It was a hot day but worth it! Sunday, October 14, 2012. Reading a book with Dad. So cute. My Mom made this apron for me when I was a little girl. It barely fits as you can see. She loves it! Styling her hair with greasy fingers from pasta. Works quite well. She thought she was so cool. Kept glancing over at nothing and grinning, then back to the "paper". Ellie loves her camping chair. Even uses the cup holder. Good thing we brought an extra outfit! Babies having a snack on the back of the truck! I wore her out! Today was a good day.

Saturday, March 24, 2012. We love spring break around here. Michael couldn't wait! And, of course, it was not long enough for him :) So we went to Denver at the beginning for a couple days and saw lots of family and went shotgun shooting (I did pretty good this time round- it was exciting). Ellie even rode on a quad-she didn't like it. Ellie loved watching her cousin Callen run around like crazy, and also had fun looking at her new cousin Tyler. To "this isn't so bad", back to "I hate this, its gross!

Thursday, October 6, 2011. From age 2 months:. So our little Ellie baby is getting BIG! However she is still so small :) Of course Dad just had to get this picture of them watching a Tennis Tournament on TV. Funny thing is she seemed to really like tennis. Its true. She loves her daddy! This was so funny. Look at her legs and her hands just dangling. She is mesmerized by whistling! What a sleepy little girl! I couldn't believe she fell asleep in her bouncer. She usually hates it after 5-10 minutes.

Friday, January 20, 2012. Oh all the updating I do. I am so behind, but I'm catching up! I was just released from my calling as the Stake Relief Society Secretary. It was so fun and I will miss meeting with the ladies in the presidency every week. However, I am happy to have more time to do the things I've been putting off for so long. Saturday, July 14, 2012. My little girl is all grown up! She turned one on JUNE 8th at 6:47pm! The next day she climbed onto a chair. Guess she was waiting to turn one for that :) She is healthy, tall/lean, and super spunky. She loves to climb! You chase her up the stairs and she giggles the whole way in anticipation of you catching her. She even snorts when she laughs hard, is super ticklish like her mommy, and looks so much like her father! Happy Birthday to YOU! Ellie's yummy Coconut Pineapple cake!
