A mile down the coast from the Wharf is Cannery Row. The bulk of it's shops are housed inside historic fomer sardine packing factories. so this serves as a reminder of the hard life depicted in John Steinbecks novel about the neighborhood. Today's moments are tomorrow's memories. Tuesday, December 13, 2011. Ten On Tuesday - 2011 Review. It's been 10 months since my last blog post! I'll recap the last 10 months with our year in review. 65279; 1. March - In March I went from job sharing my first grade position to teaching full time for the remainder of the school year. My job share partner, Carmen, had her 2nd baby; a cutie little boy named Jacob. I missed Carmen terribly, but teaching full time was fun. Aaron's birthday at McMenamins.
