Gorski Happenings: November 2008
http://gorskihappenings.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
A way to keep up with PMJJ! Friday, November 28, 2008. We had such a wonderful Thanksgiving this year! My mom, Mary, Ben, and Danny all came over to our house for the first time! When we were done we were so stuffed that Jimmy went upstairs and put on his jammie pants because they were strechy! During desert, as a joke, Mary pushed Ben's cupcake at him as he was going for a bite and got a little. While I was peeling the plate off of my face I could hear big foot steps. Away from me and I knew it was Phil!

Gorski Happenings: January 2009
http://gorskihappenings.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
A way to keep up with PMJJ! Saturday, January 3, 2009. It's funny that I feel busy yet I don't feel like I am busy with things that are interesting enough to blog about. So, I have come to realize that this is just a once a month blog! I have also become addicted to Facebook and more daily updates can be found there. Here is our December. I finished up school a week before the boys and truly enjoyed some quiet time. This past semester was rough and my brain needed a serious time out! It also means that h...

http://gorskihappenings.blogspot.com/2008/10/congratulations-troyer-family.html
A way to keep up with PMJJ! Friday, October 31, 2008. Congratulations to my cousin Kate and her husband Joe. They just had a baby girl yesterday. So far the baby doesn't have a name that we know of! We are so happy for them and for Izzy who now has a baby sister. Having a baby sister myself I know what a special bond sisterhood is and I am glad that Izzy and her new baby sister will have that! We wish the new family tons of happiness! Member of the Ryan family! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

A way to keep up with PMJJ! Monday, May 4, 2009. So Long, Farewell, Auf Weiderschen, Goodbye. I guess it has been somewhat obvious but I am going to state it anyway. I am saying goodbye to my blog. I will post little things here and there on my facebook page if you are interested. If anything truly big and exciting happens I will let you all know somehow. Thank you to the people that have read over the years and left comments. Sorry to see you go, I like blogging so much more than facebook.

Woodstock Advocate: Is Prim reviewing old major-crimes cases?
http://woodstockadvocate.blogspot.com/2015/08/is-prim-reviewing-old-major-crimes-cases.html
Monday, August 10, 2015. Is Prim reviewing old major-crimes cases? Bill Prim was elected Sheriff of McHenry County in 2014 and took office on December 1. Is he reviewing any old cases? For example, the triple homicide near Marengo on June 7, 2011? An elderly couple, Jack and Audrey Feldkamp, died. Doran Bloom died. Nygren and Zinke were there for 15 minutes. Only 15 minutes. So much for taking charge! And she said she always did it that way. The wrong way! Would 4-5 pairs of officers from police departme...

Woodstock Advocate: California - just plain nutty
http://woodstockadvocate.blogspot.com/2015/07/california-just-plain-nutty.html
Friday, July 10, 2015. California - just plain nutty. When you think of Nancy Pelosi, remember that she is from California. When I saw her in the news this week, I thought, "She ought to be declared Public Enemy No. 1." Then I remembered that Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama belong in the line-up, too. Guess there is a three-way tie for First Place. The following came to me by e-mail, in case the NSA is snooping around. Reprinted in its entirety. From the L. A. Times. 5 Nearly 35% of all inmates in Calif...

Woodstock Advocate: March 2015
http://woodstockadvocate.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Wednesday, March 25, 2015. Concealed Carry - how refreshing. Yesterday I had occasion to call the North Carolina State Highway Patrol with a question about concealed carry in North Carolina. My call was pleasantly answered, and I was re-directed to the Attorney General's Office, where I left a message. She answered my questions (no quirks) and spoke quite openly with me while keeping to the law itself. North Carolina also allows Open Carry. She said it would be up to the investigating officer but, if the...

Woodstock Advocate: October 2014
http://woodstockadvocate.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
Thursday, October 30, 2014. CL PD denies FOIA request for AR-15 theft. In a grand statement of stone-walling, the Crystal Lake Police Department has denied this week's request for the theft report of an AR-15 rifle from a vehicle believed to be owned by, or in control of, a McHenry County Sheriff's Department corrections officer. And they didn't just deny part of the report, they denied all of it. And were they loaded? And what equipment, if any, such as a bulletproof vest or helmet, was stolen? And disc...

Woodstock Advocate: June 2015
http://woodstockadvocate.blogspot.com/2015_06_01_archive.html
Thursday, June 25, 2015. The Confederate Battle Flag (CBF) is about to be stripped from "the General". Isn't the knee-jerk reaction in America totally stupid? How do we get it stopped? Some jerk kid in South Carolina wreaks mayhem and murder in a church because he doesn't like blacks, and now the whole country is going crazy. I don't think I had ever noticed the CBF on top of the Charger, and I probably watched more than my share of Dukes of Hazzard episodes. Wednesday, June 24, 2015. Or would you go int...
