Twysted Yarn: October 2010
http://twystedyarn.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
I love this pumpkin beanie pattern from Danyel at www.crazysockscrochet.com. The other one that is coming soon to my Etsy shop is my "Owlie" hat. These are so fun for all ages. Whether it be for trick-or-treating or just because it's so darn cute, you don't have to have a reason for sporting this great hat. Scotti at www.InnerHooker.etsy.com wrote this pattern. While everyone else is thinking pumpkins, I'm thinking ahead to winter wonderlands and Christmas! Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

A Scrappy Heart: April 2010
http://ascrappyheart.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Sunday, April 25, 2010. A quiet, scrappy weekend. For the first time in many weeks, we had a nice quiet stay-at-home weekend! Originally, my intention was to do some spring cleaning.but if you know me, I was very easily swayed to skip that plan! Instead, I spent a little quality time in my scrap room. I had two LO's I started at a little friend crop last weekend that I was finally able to pull together. Here are the results:. I took many more pictures - so there are many more LO possibilities! I have wan...

Strictly Sewing: May 2011
http://strictlysewing.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html
A blog about my love for creating. Sunday, May 15, 2011. KCWC day 7: 2 for 1. As you can see, I bought a lot of cupcake fabric. I made an apron for B and C. When C is pretending to cook she calls it "making". I plan to let them use their aprons in the real kitchen too. It should come handy. Whew! What a week of sewing. If only I would be so dedicated to other important endeavors in my life. Well, up next is preparing for baby boy. I've got so much to sew up before July 8th! Posted by Strictly Sewing.

Strictly Sewing: July 2011
http://strictlysewing.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
A blog about my love for creating. Tuesday, July 12, 2011. Let's hear it for the boy! Lincoln Craig McCune arrived July 8th at 6:40 pm weighing 7 lbs. 10 oz. and measuring 20 1/2 inches long. My smallest baby. So glad he is here! In the arms of his Dad. The week before having Lincoln I punched out these baby necessities. I got my nesting wind at the very last minute before his arrival. Close up of the owls. And a hooter hider for nursing. It is a genuine hooter hider because there are owls on it.

Strictly Sewing: Food Storage Cans
http://strictlysewing.blogspot.com/2012/02/food-storage-cans.html
A blog about my love for creating. Sunday, February 26, 2012. What do you do with leftover cans? Last year I saw this cool idea on Toad's Treasures. Here are my soup cans recycled as pencil holders/organizers. And then I thought, FOOD STORAGE CANS! Turned this one into a Utensil holder and I LOVE it! It's the perfect size and it was free. Then I used the storage cans for my girls Valentines gifts. I put candy and toys inside and they got to open it up on Valentines Day! Posted by Strictly Sewing.

Strictly Sewing: October 2010
http://strictlysewing.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
A blog about my love for creating. Monday, October 25, 2010. My work in progress hat. I'm getting there and so excited for my first crochet project to be complete. Some owls for this Friday's craft fair. The multi-colored one is already sold. I made this same pair for the last craft fair and they sold. A cute young girl came by at the end and wanted one so I took down her info and will be delivering it today. These owls are a custom order for my mom. She is my BEST customer. :). A blog about my love for creating. Thursday, October 27, 2011. I know, I know. Blogger slacker. Posts just aren't going to happen until baby #3 sleeps through the night. That applies to crafting/sewing as well. However, here's a cool contest to enter over at Lila Tueller's Blog. Picture taken from Lila Tueller. Posted by Strictly Sewing. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
