Saturday, August 28, 2010. A boudoir for all seasons. Well my blogging friends, I think I have finally completed my all season bedding collection! I just picked up a set that I had been hunting for, it was in JC Penny's years ago for over $400. I had searched the bay off and on, but it still went to high for my frugal self! Finally, yesterday I went to haunt one of my favorite resale shops and as I pulled up I saw it! Will have to wait till next summer for pics of that on my bed! Let's move on to my fall...

Sunday, November 30, 2008. We had our first snow a few weeks ago, but hardly any accumulation and it was more like sleet. Everyone was all bundled up at our friend's annual Deer Hunting Camp party. I love the egg and dart trim under the window! We hope to strip these doors soon. This is the inside of the front door taken the day we moved in. This is the only original trim left in the home. This is looking through the door, seeing the north and east windows. The window placement in this room makes it hard to arrange furniture. Especially when you have A LOT of furniture. Monday, April 27, 2009. There's no place like home, there's no place like home, there's no place like home. It was a fun little trip. I'll start with the Wizard of Oz museum in Wamego, KS. I *thought* that it was a little farm house built out in the middle of no where like the film. But when we got into town, it was inside an old store-front building. Monday, December 15, 2008. Monday we went to my mom's house to decorate gingerbread houses she had baked. She thought Nova would have fun with it. He really just wanted to eat the candy and play with the Mickey Mouse Playhouse there. Ah well! Kevin had requested an outhouse. She made him a two seater, he was delighted.
