She does not remember that she was evil. That she feels cold. What is the main purpose of the simile, "She shudders like a clutch of burnt papers? A) informs the reader of how cold the weather is. B) implies that she was burned to death as a witch. C) attempts to draw sympathy from the reader. She Does Not Remember.
