Cuando estuve por Buenos Aires visitando a un amigo, hace un mes, tuve el placer de usar una conexión a internet que en teoría era la mima que la mía, pero que sin embargo no se caía y andaba rapidísima. ¿Por qué si yo pago lo mismo no tengo ni la mitad del servicio?
