Sunday, August 2, 2009. I can't believe it's Sunday evening already! It feels like the. We've had a pretty good weekend though. John was off work on Saturday. I left him and jac home Saturday morning. While I got an eye exam and finally got my toes done! Came up to visit, so we had lunch and hung out. We haven't seen him in a. While, so that was nice. I made breakfast this morning. Then we got dressed and ran errands and. Went to lunch. We've been home being lazy all afternoon! That should be lots of fun!

Adventures of a Flake. Monday, October 26, 2009. Today's Muffin Tin Monday. Is Fall Harvest/Halloween theme. I LOVE Fall flavors so we went with a Fall Harvest Tin. We had Pumpkin Muffins, Baked Apples, and Apple Cider. Just for fun I let the kiddos eat outside using the hay as their table. They LOVED it! 2 cups mashed cooked pumpkin. 1 cup vegetable oil. 2 teaspoons baking soda. 1/2 cup yogurt or buttermilk. 3 3/4 cup whole wheat flour or all purpose. 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg. Adventures of a Flake. Sunday, April 18, 2010. Daddy's Nana brought down from NJ this telescope that he used as a child. The kiddos have been dying to use it. So in honor of the Outdoor Challenge, we let the kidd0s stay up late the other night to try it out. Sadly, we had a really hard time seeing anything through it.
