The minimum order amount is $30.00 (does not include shipping costs). We only ship standard on Monday and Tuesdays. Standard shipping orders placed on Wednesday – Sunday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday. Orders placed Wednesday before 1:00 pm EST can also be shipped overnight to arrive the next day. Today we use new technologies to produces natural salamis with and old world taste. Our salamis slowly age in curing rooms that we brought over from Italy, that meet USDA standards. Once in the aging room, our salamis will hang for as long as they take to develop their distinctive flavors. This process varies by the type of salami.
