In December 2015 there is a climate conference in Paris which is an important step in moving the world towards a low-carbon, resilient future. Ahead of this conference all countries will put forward their commitments, coming up with an agreement that provides the basis for global actions on climate change. We need an agreement that brings climate justice stopping the catastrophic consequences of climate change and ensuring sustainable development for all. Make your voice heard and send your message!

Things have changed. It is summer now but it’s raining. It’s meant to be dry. In the past the heat was bearable but now it’s much hotter. When the weather ruins the crops I have to replant. It costs time and money,’ says 72 year-old Martha Balderama. Thanks to the project, farmers have seen a reduction in costs, improved harvests and increased incomes. Ultimately, by adapting their ways, vulnerable famers are becoming more resilient in the face of climate change. ACT alliance, 2016.
