We've discussed ACO's for some time, both here, and on Angry Bear. There is still a lot of nervousness regarding their implementation based on their pilot project results. For those that are unfamiliar, the Dartmouth Atlas is a compendium of data examining Medicare spending per beneficiary, and then comparing that spending by geographic region.
