My life in a nutshell. This is my space. March 17, 2014. The ART of THERAPY. When people seek help for mental illness, some people turn to the more creative side. In my research I have come across a special type of treatment called Art Therapy. Art Therapy is a type of therapy specifically for those that channel their emotions in certain ways. You could have anxiety so to help get rid of that anxiety, you paint a picture showing your emotions within the art. This picture above is from a child with anxiety.
