Sunday, October 25, 2009. Physically Fit and Spiritually Fit. The Lord has really impressed upon my heart the idea of a more simple life. Less clutter, less busyness, less stress, less things. I can not explain the yearning in my heart. I know right now that I feel closer to the Lord than I ever have in the 14 years I have been saved. I feel a peace that passes all understanding! Me, Myself and My Food! Chronicles of my culinary creations. 24 April, 2014. Not sure why I never tried this before. It was so easy and delicious. Simply seasoned with S&P, placed on a cedar plank and then directly on the charcoal grill. We cooked it for about 30 minutes and then put it in the oven for 10 more minutes at 400 degrees. I served it with white wine, sundried tomato and mushroom risotto and cooked spinach. This will be happening again real soon! Dreamed up by Alysnlee. Links to this post.
